UL CERTIFIED CENTRAL MONITORING STATION
Our Central Monitoring Station is UL Certified, technologically advanced and built to last. The roof is affixed to 16-inch concrete walls with steel beams and cables. We have two 47 KW generators and 2,000 gallons of underground fuel to prevent power outages. And our phone lines are securely buried all the way to the phone company’s central office.

With two in-house SIA-trained Central Station operator instructors, our entire alarm monitoring staff can offer reliable, courteous service, careful attention to detail and, of course, the personal attention you expect and deserve.

From the very first time you talk with the central station operators you will realize the professionalism and countless hours of training each operator has received.
Our Central Monitoring Station is on the watch for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Your signals are sent toll free to our central station or by internet. We take care of signals for the following types of systems:

Fire
Medical
Temperature
Leak Detection
In addition you may qualify for additional breaks on your insurance premiums. Most North American companies offer a 10-20% discount. FSCI will supply your insurance company with the UL Certificate.

1 Year of monitoring service plus opens and closing logged. With this service we will also log opening and closings of your system. If you need a report you may call us and order a report. 1 Free report per month. A signed contract is required and will be sent to you upon purchase. Please note: Monitoring cannot start until the contract is returned signed. Cost is only $18.50/month for a total of $222/year.
1 Year of Fire Alarm Monitoring: This type of monitoring includes the required daily test signals from anywhere in the United States. signed contract is required and will be sent to you upon purchase. Please note: Monitoring cannot start until the contract is returned signed. Cost is only $18.50 per month for a total of $222.00 per year.
1 Year of Basic Monitoring plus Supervised Openings and Closings. This type of monitoring includes us watching for scheduled openings and closings at certain times to insure your business is being opened and closed at the correct times. If a opening or closing is missed then we will call you to let you know of the missed time. A signed contract is required and will be sent to you upon purchase. Please note: Monitoring cannot start until the contract is returned signed. Cost is only $22.00 per month for a total of $264.00 per year.

Always make sure the monitoring station you choose is UL Listed. That UL listing insures that certain standards are met for monitoring. Many insurance companies require the UL Certificate for proof.
