Infinitey Town Center, Arlington TX

This $600,000,000 project is still in the design phase soon to be breaking ground. This facility will set across from the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. Infinity Towne Center consisting of Hotel, Bungalows, Residential, Retail, Office, Town Homes and Condo units is known as one of the most renowned projects to date in the city of Arlington.

FSCi is providing system integration design services to the Voltech Development Group. Voltech Development had requested the latest technology to best provide life safety and security to their campus with centralized security features for fast response to problems.

When the design is finished FSCi will provide complete project management services and inspection services contracting after all phases are finished.

Voltech  Development Groups vision is to build a luxurious Town Center never seen before in Arlington with an ultra exclusive open entrance to the center with a sought after community living environment which includes luxury condominiums and town Homes, high end retail center with restaurants, commercial office space, Performing arts coliseum, Bungalows, swimming pools, and Sporting front promenade.

Currently, the project is the most sought after commercial front properties, on one of the most desirable pieces of land in Arlington City. Today this is the largest parcel of the undeveloped land within the city featuring stunning views of the new Dallas Cowboy Stadium also with views of downtown Arlington City, Six flags theme park, and major interstates to convenient access from the tower.
