FSCI knows seeing is believing. This is why we are offering you free project management services on one project. Some conditions do apply:

1. Free refers to labor only. Traveling expenses are to be paid for by the client. Travel expenses will include Airfare, Car Rental, Hotel Expenses and per day diem of $75.00.

2. This offer is limited to a project not to exceed in $7,000 in labor charges for our services. Labor required in excess of $7,000.00 will be billed out at our regular Architect and Engineering services rate. Travel charges are billed out at $55/hr portal to portal.

3. All Travel expenses will be paid in advance. If client wishes they may make arrangements for travel.

4. Project management is limited to Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, CCTV and Nurse Call systems.

5. Projects are limited to projects in the United States only.

Above is a new installation and this is a module box with a mess of wire. the way you see it is the way we found it upon inspection. This customer was having system malfunctions and could not even use their system. The customer did not even know this existed.
